Exterior cleaning across Jacksonville, FL

The Jacksonville skyline along the St. Johns River

30 areas across four counties

Where We Work

Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau. Find your area below — each page explains what the actual exterior problem is where you live, not just that we will drive there.

Most companies publish a service-area page that lists neighbourhood names and nothing else. It is not much use to anyone, so we did something different.

Each of the 30 pages below covers what genuinely varies from one part of the First Coast to another: when the housing stock was built, what the walls and roofs are made of, how much tree cover there is, whether the irrigation runs on well water, and how much salt reaches you. Those five things decide the method, the pressure and the solution strength far more than the postcode does.

Pricing does not change by area. Every price we charge is published here.

Not sure if you are in range?

Send the address. We will tell you plainly whether you are inside our normal routes, and if you are not, we will say so rather than quoting a job we cannot service properly.

For commercial work — multi-site portfolios, HOA communities, retail groups — the radius is wider, because recurring contracts justify the travel. That is covered on the property management page.

Service area questions

Do you charge more for areas further from your base?
No. Pricing is the same across every area listed here — a house wash in Fernandina Beach costs what a house wash in Riverside costs. If a property sits outside our normal radius we will tell you before quoting rather than quietly building travel into the number.
My neighbourhood is not listed. Do you still come out?
Probably. These pages cover the areas we work most often, not the limit of where we go. We serve most of Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties — send your address and we will confirm.
Why does the advice change from one area to another?
Because the properties genuinely differ. A 1912 wood-frame house in Riverside under full oak canopy has almost nothing in common with a 2019 Hardie-board home in Nocatee on a cleared lot, and neither resembles a well-water property in Middleburg with iron staining across the driveway. Same company, same prices, different method.
Do you work outside Jacksonville itself?
Regularly. St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Green Cove Springs and Middleburg are all normal routes for us, along with the whole Beaches corridor and the St. Johns County growth areas around Nocatee and CR-210.
