Most exterior cleaning websites have a page like this filled with glowing quotes credited to a first name and a last initial, with no link, no source and no way to check whether the person exists.
A lot of those people do not exist. Writing them is easy, and it is also a violation of Google's spam policies and of FTC rules on fake consumer reviews. We would rather have an empty page than a dishonest one.
As real reviews come in, they will appear here with the reviewer's real name, the platform they left it on, and the month. Until then, this page stays empty.
So how should you judge us?
The same way you would judge any contractor who has not worked for you before.
- Does the site explain the work, or just sell it? Every service page here publishes the pressure we use and why, including the surfaces we refuse to pressure wash at all.
- Are the prices visible? Every number we charge is published, with the factors that move a quote up or down. Very few companies in this market do that.
- Are the limits stated? Etched glass will not clean back. Old oil will shadow. A worn roof looks worn once clean. Those are on the relevant pages, not buried.
- Will they show you insurance? Ask. We send the certificate before work starts.
- Does the quote match the invoice? The most reliable test there is, and you will know after one job.
If you would rather wait until there are reviews here, that is a completely reasonable position and we would not argue with it.
