Photos are genuinely better than a phone description. They tell us the surface material, how established the growth is, what the access looks like and whether there is anything that needs flagging before we start — which is the difference between a firm number and a vague range.

Quote and booking questions
How quickly will I get a quote?
Most residential requests go back the same day if photos are included. Commercial and multi-site work usually needs a site visit first, and we will say so rather than sending a number we would later have to change.
What photos do you actually need?
One wide shot of each side that needs cleaning, close-ups of the worst staining, and your address so we can check the property size. That is normally enough for a firm number rather than a range.
Do I need to be home for the quote or the work?
Neither, in most cases. Quotes come from photos, and the work needs access plus a working outdoor spigot. If it is your first time with us we would rather walk the property with you, but it is not a requirement.
Can I get several properties quoted at once?
Yes. Send the addresses and what each one needs. For portfolios, HOAs and managed property we price across the whole set rather than site by site, which usually works out lower.
What if I do not know what my siding or deck is made of?
Send a close-up. The material is usually obvious to someone who works on them daily, and getting it right is what decides the method and the price.
Is the quote binding?
The quoted number is what you pay, provided the property matches the photos. If we arrive and find something the photos did not show, we tell you before starting rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
