Terms of Service

Service Requests and Estimates
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, price or acceptance. Estimates may be based on photos and customer-provided details and may change if the actual property, access, surface condition or scope differs. Additional work requires approval.
Service Professionals
Exterior-cleaning work may be performed by service professionals working with or on behalf of Jacksonville Washers. The assigned provider may confirm scope, methods, access, preparation, payment and site-specific terms before work begins.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property and service information.
- Disclose known leaks, loose materials, damaged screens, failing paint, coatings, electrical concerns and sensitive areas.
- Provide lawful access, water and parking when required.
- Secure pets, children, vehicles and personal property.
- Remove fragile items and follow preparation instructions.
- Obtain permission from owners, tenants, HOAs or neighbors when required.
Existing Conditions and Results
Exterior cleaning does not repair damage. Loose paint, oxidation, chalking, cracks, leaks, failing sealers, weak mortar, damaged screens, rotten wood, spalled concrete and other existing conditions may become more visible after cleaning. Stain improvement varies, and complete removal is not guaranteed.
Weather and Scheduling
Service may be rescheduled because of lightning, heavy rain, wind, unsafe heat, access problems, equipment issues or other conditions. Jacksonville weather can change quickly, and safety takes priority over the original schedule.
Payment, Cancellation and Disputes
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation fees and accepted methods should be stated on the estimate or work order. Report concerns promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to review the area. Chargebacks or payment disputes should not replace good-faith communication.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacksonville Washers and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Any direct liability will be limited as stated in the final work order or applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue will lie in an appropriate court serving Duval County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise or law requires another forum.
Service and Landmark Disclaimer
Jacksonville Washers provides exterior-cleaning services. Methods, availability, estimates and results depend on property conditions, surface materials, access, weather and the final approved scope.
Names of neighborhoods, roads, hospitals, schools, universities, airports, stadiums, shopping centers, parks and other landmarks are used only to explain geographic coverage. Their inclusion does not state or imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or completed work.
Before-and-after images, reviews, certifications, insurance statements, warranties and project descriptions should be published only when they are genuine, current, authorized and accurately connected to the business and the work shown.
